Lennard is the owner of Fitness Together Steele Creek, the Premier one-on-one Personal Training studio in the Steele Creek Area of Charlotte, NC.
At Fitness Together Steele Creek Lennard and his team work with a very diverse range of clients, each with their own, very specific history. They take pride in helping people to lose weight, to recover from injuries beyond what Physical Therapy provides, build up strength and flexibility and to transition to a healthier Lifestyle.
Lennard is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds a number of different specialty certifications for Personal Training.
He is looking back on a lifelong passion for fitness ever since he started playing soccer at the age of five.
An unfortunate knee injury ended his soccer career at the age of 18. After Surgery and Physical Therapy his strength still wasn’t where it used to be and he joined the local gym to continue to rehabilitate the injury on his own by building up additional strength and flexibility.
Having pursued Triathlon for a few years in his early to mid-twenties, Lennard then continued to focus on classical Strength and Endurance Training as he was building a career in Information Technology. However, Fitness remained his passion and he continued to exercise and run 5-6 times per week.
After 20+ years in the Information Technology field and the Corporate World, he started to feel the impact of continuous stress to his overall health and well-being and realized that he had to make a Lifestyle change.
Focusing on what has always been an important part of his life was the natural next step and as the opportunity presented itself, Lennard retired from his job in Information Technology and acquired Fitness Together Steele Creek.

As a certified wellness coach and fitness instructor, I utilize many philosophies of exercise in a variety of different ways to meet the needs of my clients. I enjoy discovering new trends in fitness, and I am always looking for ways to help people at any level to be more active, healthy and fit.
I developed my own fitness program: a fat-burning, functional-based approach to fitness. This unique exercise discipline implements the latest technology and methods for improving cardiovascular health, stamina, flexibility, building lean muscle, improving flexibility, focus and coordination, for all ages and levels.
